Nykam Solutions is a Miami-based consulting firm. That matters more than it sounds. This is a market built on small operators, family businesses, and first-generation founders, spanning hospitality, logistics, trade, professional services, and the creative economy, often across two or three languages. The opportunity here is real. So is the exposure: seasonal revenue, thin margins, licensing and permitting that changes by municipality, vendor contracts signed under pressure, and a regulatory environment that does not scale down for a business of five people.

On the other, two decades of actually operating businesses, in events, food service, and digital services, through licensing, inspections, vendor contracts, and payroll that had to clear on Friday.
